Hotel Central Bastia - Bastia (Corsica)

The room was beautifully decorated with a mix of old charm and modern art. The cozy lounge area on the ground floor was a perfect spot to relax. Plus, the receptionists were super helpful and friendly. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the harbor.

Interesting design of interiors in standard twin room. Well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub. Particularly good location for my purposes.

The whole experience was very good from start to finish, recommend. It was tidy, and the people were helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was served in the garden. The location was absolutely perfect and stunning, for example, Le vieux port was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Staying at Central Bastia seemed like a good art adventure. The unique line drawings decorating the hotel really caught my eye. Each room, including mine, had its own charm, blending modern touches with vintage decor. The cozy lounge area on the ground floor showcased captivating art pieces. The breakfast, traditional and simple, was enjoyable, especially with a cafe nearby for options. The bathroom in my room was on the smaller side was great. Parking was quite a hassle. Finding a space seemed like a challenge, especially given the competitive nature of the area. For anyone driving, a smaller car is a definite advantage.

Finding parking in the area was quite challenging, often requiring a considerable walk back to the hotel.

Stay overnight to take 8:00 AM ferry back to NIce. Arrived very late at night, but the person was waiting just for us. Unbelievable and thank you.

My best decision yet!

This adorable hotel boasts a prime location within walking distance of local attractions. The uniquely decorated room was cozy and exactly as seen in pictures. The staff consistently offered friendly service. Don't miss the cool lounge area filled with art and interesting furniture!

We liked that the building had not been renovated but had retained it's well maintained old world charm. Rooms were interesting, roomy and spotless. Breakfast was simple continental but adequate and the little courtyard was adorable. The lovely ladies in the kitchen couldn't do enough for us eg. endless cups of coffee to get us started each morning. In a very central location, as the name suggests, making it easy to walk almost everywhere.

No elevator.

We enjoyed our stay with the family, including our small dog. The decor added a quirky charm, and the cozy lounge was a hit with the kids after a day of exploring the nearby harbor.

In my wife's opinion, more family-friendly amenities would improve our experience.
